1Where can I pickup my package?
You can pickup your package at the DiviDivi office at Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix. Import duties and local tax will be applicable and must be payed at pickup. Receiver may be charged handling fee upon receiving the cargo.
2What if I forgot to pickup my package?
If you failed to pick-up the parcel one (1) week after shipment has arrived‚ Divi Divi Air will charge the client a fee per day for storage.
3How can I make the payment?
Payment is possible with PayPal or wire transfer to the MCB Bonaire bank account. (USD)

5What about import duties and local tax?
Import duties and tax will be applicable and must be payed at pickup at the Airport. Receiver may be charged handling fee upon receiving the cargo.
